Heidi Crescioni has more than 10 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and data management functionality. Recently she has assisted homeowners through Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and FEMA approved Severe Repetitive Loss (SRL) program application processes. Prior to joining BH&A, she was responsible for job specific reporting, cost tracking, timesheet management and community outreach. Heidi is proficient in Microsoft Office, has fulfilled the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health course, and has completed multiple courses within the FEMA Independent Study Program. While at BH&A, Heidi has completed the applicable program and earned her Certified Floodplain Manager designation.
