Jeff Carey licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor

BHA Welcomes Winn Nettles as Construction Project Manager
Winn Nettles joins the Team as a Construction Project Manager. Mr. Nettles graduated in 2005 with B.S. in Building Sciences. He has previously worked as the project manager for several large construction projects. Mr. Nettles will oversee the construction and inspection of all infrastructure projects.
Brant Jones Joins BHA Team as New Project Manager
Brant Jones recently joined BHA as a project manager. Mr. Jones has dual degrees in Construction Management and Civil Engineering. He is adept in the surveying field, as well as materials testing for asphalt, concrete, and soils. He has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering projects, from new road design to sewer and water rehabilitation.
